The next stage of Ontario’s On-Site and Excess Soil Management Regulation has begun. Coming into effect on January 1, 2023, the latest stage is the biggest section of the Regulation and covers a lot of information. This section of the regulation has four parts the registration, documentation and tracking, hauling records, and operation of reuse site.
