Flow Environmental's patent pending technology was initially designed for the reclamation of water used in the hydro-vac industry, however the process is applicable for most any slurry remediation. The hydro-vac industry is experiencing accelerated growth in urban areas, this growth will lead to an increased strain on water resources. The Delta System is modular and portable so it can be easily adapted to a multitude of situations. It can be mobilized for short- and long-term infrastructure projects or environmental clean-ups. The Delta is built on heavy duty skids that don’t require concrete foundations, so it can be set up on any location with competent ground compaction. The skids also allow it to be placed in an existing building for permanent applications.
The Delta System is designed to separate slurry material, yielding, rock, sand, ultra-fines, and clear water. The goal is to recycle and reuse the slurry materials to reduce the burden on landfills. The water recovered from the process can be cleaned and reused in the industrial process or reintroduced to the water cycle.
