The Material Receiving Tank is a live bottom tank that introduces slurry into the rest of the system. The tank has three lanes, allowing multiple Hydro-vac trucks to dump directly into the Receiving Tank at one time. Each dump lane has an integrated washout station that uses processed water to clean out the trucks. Two jetted waterlines also use recycled water to wash material to the center of the tank where an auger moves it to the next stage of processing. The Material Receiving Tank can be configured several ways depending on site or facility constraints.
